People apologize because it is a way to admit their mistakes and hope to be forgiven, “I am sorry,” “My mistake.” It is one of the most popular verbal communication we use on daily basis. Is it easy to admit that my mistake causes problem or leads to certain unpleasant consequence? Did it always work?
In business, “sorry” can genuinely be the hardest word. Companies hate having to admit they're wrong, it might leave them open to lawsuits, and it can have a ruinous effect on their share price. But it has to be done; quickly and properly.
In this year, we will focus on how to effectively communicate in cross cultural environment. No matter the setting is in your home country or in foreign states, we now all live in global era with unlimited contacts with people around every corner.
